Bianca Patterson, is a Director, Entrepreneur and the current president of Barred Community Services' board. Barred Community Services is the brainchild of Bianca, who saw a need in her community for access to resources. She saw this as a place to be able to create supply where there was a demand and need for resources. Her dream is to create a community garden where those in the community can access healthy and safe food all while giving back with mentoring and leadership training.  Her goals are to create opportunities and change lives, one person at a time.

Ra'Tia currently serves as the Secretary of the board of BARRED Community Services. She has a history in HealthCare and caring for the elderly. She uses those skills to bring a sense of nurturing to the community and helping women.

Anthony currently serves as the Treasurer of the board of Barred Community Services. He uses his background in both construction and healthcare to bring a spirit of diversity to the board. Having worked in various arenas, he brings a passion to serve the underserved in our communities. 

Ashley Patterson, is a Qualified clinical mental health professional. She has been in and around the non-profit sector for about 17 years and has also served in various capacities on multiple non-profit boards (i.e. secretary, vice-chair, chair). Currently she serves as Vice-president of the board for BARRED Community Services where she uses this position to display her passion for helping children and families get access to precious resources.
